Disco Sweat

Gymbo’s Aerobics is a high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling like you’ve been hit by a truck. You’ll be so out of breath that you’ll forget what it’s like to be stressed, so sore that you won’t be able to move without crying, and so exhausted that you’ll pass out and forget all your problems. But don’t worry, that’s just part of the fun! In fact, the more pain you’re in, the better your workout is going. So get ready to sweat, shake, and cringe as you work your way through this grueling routine.

Music and film can connect us during a time of grief in a number of ways. They can:

  • Provide a sense of comfort and familiarity. When we are grieving, we often feel lost and alone. Music and film can provide a sense of comfort and familiarity by reminding us of simpler times or by helping us to connect with others who are going through the same thing.
  • Help us to express our emotions. Grief can be a very difficult emotion to process. Music and film can help us to express our emotions in a safe and healthy way.
  • Offer hope and inspiration. When we are grieving, it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Music and film can offer us hope and inspiration by reminding us that we are not alone and that there is still beauty in the world.

If you are grieving, or if you know someone who is, please consider sharing music or film with them. It may be just what they need to feel a little bit better.
